Greetings everyone! First of all, I have to admit I don’t really like talking about myself, but I’ll say just enough to show that sports and physical activities have been at the centre of my interests since a very young age. This is what I love and the field in which I strive to excel.

Early Years

I joined an athletic club when I was 10 and have enjoyed running and other outdoor activities ever since. Competing nationally in track and cross-country, one of the highlights of my youth was representing my school at the World Schools Cross-Country Championships in Antalya, Turkey, in 1996.

Education

At the same time, I pursued Sports Science and History during high school, eventually earning two Master’s degrees—one in Physical Education, and the other focused on strength and conditioning and sports performance. During my studies, I taught at sports camps and coached at my local running club, where I enjoyed applying theory to practice and helping others progress.

Career Path

I moved to London in 2006 and worked as a PE teacher and swimming instructor for three years. While I loved working with children, I missed the more tailored approach of one-on-one or small group coaching—so I transitioned to personal training. I earned my REPs Level 3 qualification in 2010 and have since worked with a diverse range of clients, from professional triathletes to sedentary individuals looking to regain their health.

Philosophy

Helping people transform—whether in terms of performance, fitness, or well-being—has been deeply rewarding. To ensure the best outcomes, I’ve continued to invest in my learning through various certifications and workshops. I’m qualified as a nutrition advisor (for both weight loss and performance), and a certified instructor in Kettlebell and Box Fit. I also stay up to date with the latest research in strength and conditioning.

Running Journey

Alongside my coaching, I’ve run regularly for over 35 years, for both joy and competition. I've raced every distance from 400m to the marathon and beyond—bringing my marathon personal best to under 2:40:00 before moving on to longer trail distances.
