I have had great success with Fabien at VPF. Weight loss, strength, endurance and running ability have all improved hugely thanks to his carefully thought out programs. I particularly like his data led/evidence led approach, and the way he applies it to the unique needs of the individual. My wife is also very happy with the results of my training!

Fabs classes are great that's why I've been going for over 6 years. They've helped improve my overall strength and have really helped with injury prevention. My main sport is cycling and improvements in my core strength have really helped me during long days in the saddle. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent strength training tailored to needs of runners but helpful for all. Fabien is hugely experienced and always encouraging but realistic with advice. Groups small enough for individual attention but with helpful peer support from some inspiring athletes. Inclusive and welcoming for those who are less able. Helpful flexibility around work schedules etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fabien is a great trainer. He has a great intuitive sense that helps him find just the right amount of ‘challenge’ guiding you through workouts. I enjoyed the brief time I had the chance to work with him before moving back to the states. I have worked with Div 1 coaches and Fabien is as good as it gets.

All good things take time and choosing to work with experts who can carefully guide you through this process is a gamechanger. I originally signed up with Fab to train for the 268 mile Winter Spine race - my strength and conditioning was sorely lacking and I really believe the 6 months with Fab was as important as the running for me to finish that race. I had seen the value and now my sessions with Fab and the class camaraderie are an essential part of my wellbeing:fitness Thank you Fab

I couldn't recommend Fabien enough. I joined his sessions during the first lockdown of 2020 and was absolutely gutted to leave when I moved out of Hackney two years after. I was unsure about working out with a PT but soon enough the weekly sessions with Fabien became the highlight of my week. He is an attentive, calm, and supportive trainer that helped me become stronger and actually enjoy lifting weights!
