I’ve worked on my strength and conditioning with Victor on a weekly basis during 6 months in 2012/2013. After an initial assessment he gave me some corrective exercises to follow, as well a progressive set of strength exercises tailored to my triathlon training. As a result I became more efficient in my running and a stronger rider.

I’ve been going to strength and conditioning training with Victor for over 12 weeks now. Sessions are tailored to my needs for my running training plan. My running has improved with PBs over various distances and I have kept injury free. I have just completed my first half marathon in a time I didn’t think was possible for me. Thanks Victor!

I felt the effects of the last 6 months strength training at the Les Stable tri training camp. I felt much stronger on the bike than I have ever been and overall I just felt stronger and able to handle the training. I thought it interesting that those that don’t do strength training were starting to drop sessions through niggles in calves, knees etc while those that did were able to keep ploughing on - so a definite improvement in my bike strength.
